In his book Blog Marketing, under the heading “Write Often”, Jeremy Wright says:
“Writing often isn’t just good for the blog. It’s an absolute requirement for success. Anything less than once a day (during weekdays) is abandoning the potential of your blog.”
For bloggers who just love writing, that’s no biggie. For others, and I’m thinking especially of business owners who have become bloggers as part of a marketing strategy rather than primarily because they thought it would be fun, there can be a challenge.
Even for consultants and others in “keyboard intensive” industries, who typically write (or type) not just once but many times a day, the thought of being committed to producing something for the blog each day can be daunting.
So to ease the strain as well as for the good of the end product, it’s good to collect tips on writing.
