According to the It’s Just Lunch dating service franchise website “It’s Just Lunch is a fun, proactive approach to your personal life.  As first date specialists, we arrange fun lunch dates and drinks after work for busy professionals… Our matchmaking is responsible for thousands of marriages and serious relationships…”

Since we began writing about It’s Just Lunch 2 years ago, we’ve received only negative consumer comments.

Casey wrote:

I had a HORRIBLE experience with It’s Just Lunch. I advise anyone to put your money elsewhere. Take yourself on vacation or throw it out the window… either will benefit you more.

I was coerced into joining IJL by a lovely woman who promised she had the men of my dreams in her “file.” They were just waiting to meet me, all I had to do was pay $1,700. She called and called, and made me feel like if I passed this up, I would be alone and lonely forever. As soon as I paid, I never heard from her again.

I went on 2 dates. TWO. The first was with an uninterested guy, who acted like he was being paid to be there (I think he might be their 1st date guy, because he was cute). The 2nd date with with a short, bald, divorced man, the age of my father (I had specifically told them NO to all of these qualities). After, I put my membership on hold, because it was going so poorly.

After a year, I wanted to take it off hold and use it up (since I paid for it). I called IJL and they informed me that my membership had expired. I asked why I never received notice or a phone call to that effect, and they said they don’t do that. I requested that they reinstate my membership and they HUNG UP ON ME.

If you’re reading this, you might assume I’m an ugly, uninteresting person, and you’ll be different. NOT TRUE. I thought that too when I read reviews, before signing up (about other people/bad reviews). On the contrary I am a 25 year old, pretty, slim, attorney – I’m just saying. If you think the bad reviews are only from un-datable people, think again.

I signed up well over five years ago for IJL and yes, they are STILL calling me…three times this week. I have asked them via phone and in writing to remove me from their mailing list. I had a horrendous experience. First date, toupee, clear nail polish and lifts on his shoes, second date-toupee and no lifts so he was shorter than me. Yes, height matters to me and yes, I did tell them..no toupees, no nail polish and no one shorter than 5’8″. Next guy couldn’t understand why he was meeting me since he was moving to Colorado???? Next guy was “president” of his “own” company. Ok he was a drum teacher. Which is fine but they glorified every title of everyone I met…I didn’t care about titles so don’t over-represent them to me. “Oh, he’s the President of the board”. I asked what board…his college alumni board? It got old, I was disappointed and wish they would stop contacting me. And I would never recommend them to anyone. thanks for listening.

I would strongly advise against using the IJL service. They are rude and irresponsible. Once you sign up (and it costs quite a bit), they will set you up on a few lame-a$$ dates that in no way resemble your requested demographic. Too short, not a college grad, not employed…. And yes, I did mention all of these criteria to them.

If you complain, they harrangue you. You cannot get a refund. You cannot easily transfer you “dates” to someone else.

This service is a waste of time and money. I eventually just gave up — I’d rather go to a yoga class than waste an evening with an IJL “date.”

i used them about 3 years ago this dating service ‘its just lunch’. it started with when i heard their radio ad and made my mind up right there and then to join this service without any research into it. sure i did look up their website first but thier website will be only telling you how good it is right.

so i go appointment and went to their shitty office on first floor on dawson street. i met the ‘director’ ann murree who seemed to ‘understand’ the situation. i filled out a form and ann murree talked me about how they have many women suitable for me and as soon as i join i will be having ‘lunch’ with god knows how many and all i have to do is make the right connection. the one year ‘special offer’ membership fee was 400euro! ok, right so i thought hey give it a go. so i did pay them cash right there and then.

then i waited and i dont remember if i called them or they called me. anyway, i spoke with another girl from their office and she said there are ‘few’ girls who match my criteria and they are arranging a meeting. i was delighted and so i waited more. next phone converstaion i asked ‘when’ they said there were difficulties for the other person to find free time. then i finally got a call from them with to go out with one girl who was irish and played in a band and she worked in office as well and they have arranged a meeting of dinner in the medium size restaurant just below the ‘its just lunch’ office. apparently the restaurant had a deal with ‘ijl’, i think they got commission for sending people to their restaurants, cuz the waiter said they send customers to us all the time! (the dinner bill was of course to be paid by the candidates, and it was up to the guy to pick up the bill or split it!).

i met this girl so called (sharon), she was very late. anyway, she was half black, which they never told me. and i genuinely believe she was paid to go out for dinner with me. i managed to kiss her after dinner (she didnt mind) and i drove her home and i managed to go in her house and i kissed her few more times and then she asked me to leave as it was late and she didnt wanted to have sex so fast. so i left with her number. next day she texted me that she made mistake and she cant see me any more. and didnt reply ever again to my call or message. anyway she was not pretty but i went along anyways.

then i got back to the agency and they said they have few people but they will have to ‘look into it’ it seemed that they got what they wanted ‘fee of 400euros’ all they were interested in. i never heard from ‘its just lunch’ again. the last thing i remember is they told me they have kept me on ‘file’ and contact me as soon as someone comes up!

i realised that the girl i met was a set up and they didnt bother to find me anything. so the bottom line is that all i got for my precious 400euros was one date. ONE, ONE. i cant believe it. i just gave up on it. they are full of shit and once they take your money they are NOT INTERESTED IN YOU ANYMORE!!!!

Hi Keith, My name is Bety and I call IJL to try to meet someone special but I even had to change my number since they wouldt stop calling me to buy their membership, My question to you is; have you try some other place to meet people since then ? and have you been succesful ? Im thinking of match.com but I have seen what king of guys my friend has meet and I dont like. and the bars are not an option for me I get approach alot but never someone I like, any recomendations?

  • Amber

When I first started with It’s Just Lunch I loved it. The matches were great. They listened to the feedback I gave them about the dates and tried to improve things with the next ones. I would have recommended their services to my single friends and family. All the matches were done within their Edmonton office. Then the recession hit and for some reason or another all the matches were being done in the US and the quality of service and matches went downhill.

Of the last 4 matches I had 2 didn’t even live in Edmonton (one lived a 2 hour drive away and another a 9 hour drive away), one had children ( I had specifically asked not to be matched with someone who had children) and I guess they saved the best for last because not only did I have nothing in common with this guy but I had specifically asked many times to be matched with someone who takes care of themselves physically, etc. and lives a healthy lifestyle, as I take care of myself and expect the same of the person I’m with, and this guy was very overweight and none of his interests they told me about were physical activities.

I’ve been told a match had brown hair and brown eyes only to show up and see that he has blonde hair and blue eyes. I have been told a match was an entrepreneur when in fact he was a farmer. I was matched with someone who did real estate on the side, his actual career was as a hair stylist, they told me he was a real estate agent and never mentioned anything about him being a hair stylist. They put my membership on hold and I had never asked for it to be put on hold and when I called to find out why I hadn’t had a match in months they told me it was on hold and argued with me when I said I didn’t put it on hold. They didn’t offer to give me back the hold time (you’re only allowed so many months of your membership being put on hold).

I will NEVER use their services again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone I know. These last few months have been a waste of my time and this service was a waste of my money. This company is a joke…don’t waste your money.

  • Nephtali Roman

I am another unsatisfied costumer of IJL. However after seen so many people that went through the same dissapointment and got their money rip off, I can only say that IJL better get their things fix cause they are close to a class law suit. I read that the first reviewer is a young lawyer. If any one feels like getting back to IJL keep posting your comments here, we have the power together to create some damage and make this slient thief public nationally. Thanks for hearing.

Hi…I am hoping you can help me….. Can you please tell me exactly how the charge would show on a credit card statement?

      Thanks and regards,

I contaced It’s Just Lunch in January of this year in Miami. Melissa Topper was very positive that I would be fixed up with many dates that would be perfect. On the contrary, the customer services was terrible, the dates were inappropriate with 1/2 of the dates not showing up. I would strongly recommend not using this service as I was defrauded out of the $1,600.00 I paid for the service. I am not going to waste my time in attempting to get my money back as I have read numerious bad reviews that unsuspecting people have been mislead and very disappointed in the service and have not been able to receive a refund. I will be alerting the authorities of the Miami franchaise……

  • Heureux

Wow…. thanks everyone for posting your comments. I actually had an appointment set up for tomorrow to sign up for the service in Houston. After reading way too many negative reviews, on several websites, I’ve decided not to waste my money. I’ve been wanting a fantastic new gas grill for my back yard so think my money would be better spent toward that. Maybe I’ll have better luck attracting a man with the smell of excellent food being seared and smoked.

    • K C

Heureux- I’ve just been dragged in… In Houston. *Ugh! I’ll let you know how it goes!

  • Jim

After reading all the comments, it sounds like I am on the other side.

I do agree with Amber (above) that things did change a bit when the office got moved to the US instead of being run locally. And yeah, the statement about wanting to be matched with someone that takes care of themselves physically, etc. and lives a healthy lifestyle, has been sometimes over-looked(??) with my matches as well. And the common interests, well maybe they are not always so common.

But with that being said though, I have been using their service for a little over a year now and although, yes I remain single, I have met some really good people along the way – some of which I still consider friends.

  • Annalisa

I was thinking about using IJL services, when a friend’s sister just got fired from working for them only after a few weeks. I did some research, turns out she couldn’t work for them in “INTEGRITY” as what all these negative comments say are “TRUE!”. I called her and she told me the “inside scoop”. She was shocked to hear one man who works for the company say, “take one for the office” referring to he would be set up on a “date” as they didn’t have the men!!!!!! I think they are fraudulent and I think you all should get your money back, they are preying on single people, knowing many of us don’t do bar’s and other ways and find internet to be the way to meet people. Obviously they are about the money and no care and concern for others. My friend’s sister got fired because she wasn’t “selling”….she told me she couldn’t sell as she discovered the truth and what they were about and it made her sick to her stomach, she went in to get work, then she started reading the reviews, having the pressure to sign people up, etc, etc, and it all came crashing down. They need to be EXPOSED for who they truly are!!!

  • Tricia

IJL was the the most expensive and worst dating experience in my life. I joined twice in the Fort Myers/Naples office because they keep calling to tell you they found “the one” for me and “the one” was someone old enough to be my father. There are a ton of old men I could of met on my own for free, I didn’t need their help. I wanted an upscale professional husband and they delivered anything but that. They must have gotten their dates for me from AARP. If you really want to get married, stay away from It’s Just Lunch. I did get married eventually, yes, but if I didn’t waste my money on that It’s Just Lunch place, I would have been able to have a better wedding and honeymoon. They had the audacity to call me recently for more punishing experiences, I told them I was married. They probably would have took me married and all if I wanted to join just for the money. I wouldn’t be surprise me in the least.

I am a member of the IJL Midwest and they have delivered on every promise thus far. I am not sure why there are so many negative comments online, perhaps it is just regional franchises. My director has been more than responsive, and I have been on two dates with great guys in the first three weeks of my membership. I can only imagine that some others may be a little too emotional about the experience, or think they are more attractive than they really are.

I love not having my picture posted online and the feeling that I get from a “friend” fixing me up based on what I like.

IJL is great. Don’t listen to all the negativity.

    • lisa

more than likely this is a person who was told to write this hear to make up for all the negatives these people are getting. They will do anything to keep stealing your money! After stealing MILLIONS OF MONEY from people, DO NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT SIGNING UP HERE….OR YOU WILL BE ANOTHER NEGATIVE COMMENTOR!

  • Trace Heim

I also had a similar bad experience with IJl in Rochester, Mn. I also was told by Stephanie, they wouldn’t ” accept my application” unless they had 10 appropriate dates. I didn’t hear from them for three weeks, it took over a month to go on the first date. The man was seven years older, he looked at least ten, he was suppose to be very active, he could only only work out on a machine, “bad knees”. The second date was younger, but probably moving out of town and just finishing his contract, not interested in a relationship! I sent a letter relaying my disappointment with them, and I refuse any more “dates” as I don’t trust their judgement. I haven,t heard from Stephanie, I get a call once month with my new “date” as per my contract. I feel very “scammed”, stick with e-harmony, this company isn,t trustworthy!

I can not believe this site did not come up when I searched for reviews before joining the Minneapolis IJL. it would have saved me time and money. This IJL service is nothing more than a scam and a waste of your money.

Just as many have already listed, this business is totally unethical and nothing more than a scam. the employees / sales people will lie to you, and tell you what you want to hear, with no intention of actually performing the service, and matching you with people that actually fit your physical and personality characteristics that you tell the so called match makers. They fully intend on sending you out on dates with no other qualifications than they are of the opposite sex. meaning they will send you on “unqualified” dates, and expect you to pay them for it. The dates will not meet your age, height, weight, physical appearance, personality traits, hobbies, family values, ethics, etc… and when you confront them about their failure to provide quality service, their answer will be we are only required to send you on 15 dates, This service is nothing short of a ponzi scheme, where they have to lie and cheat to steal you money, with no intent on actually providing the service. It’s just a matter of time before this company gets sued and goes out of business. I filed a BBB complaint against them, and the only reason I joined is that this site did not show up when I did an internet search. I went off the BBB rating, which is another total scam. the Better Business Bureau give them a good rating, because the BBB is paid by the business for membership meaning its a total conflict of interest. If the BBB gives the business a bad rating, the business does not pay the BBB a yearly subscription fee. Lesson learned, do not trust the BBB ratings on It’s Just Lunch service, or any other for that matter. Now back to matter at hand. I joined in December 2011, and it is now Mid May and I have been on 3 dates total, none of which have matched properly. These dates took place back in Jan 2012 and I have not been on a date since, after the first 3 dates not meeting my expectations, they immediately set me up with a divorced women, and then someone else outside my age range, at this point I wrote them a letter saying that they are providing unacceptable level of service, you either need to match my qualifications, or give me my money back. at which point they refused to refund my money, and at the same time put my membership on HOLD, therefore not having to provide me any more dates, as well, they did not even notify me that they put my membership on hold. I am now seeking legal action against them, SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, do not waste your time or money on this service,

  • Leilla Winn

I joined It’s Just Lunch six months ago and have no problem telling anyone to avoid this company at all costs – you would be better off taking a vacation.
My cost to join was a whopping $2300 for the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

I was pressured by the sales person, Rochelle, who it turns out is in Florida and never has met any of the dates she recommends. When I tried to reach her after signing she was not available and quite short with me, referring me another “co-ordinator” who operates out of Baltimore and also has met none of the dates I am sent on.

Anyway, I have been on three dates and will not waste my time any further.
The first date gave me the impression that he did not want to be there and I think in retrospect he was paid or given a perk by the company. He told me he had been on nine first dates, no second dates. He drank too much, and when the bill came “forgot his wallet,” sticking me with the entire tab.

The second date was 10 years older than stated to me, had one hip replacement and two shoulder replacements, was 5’4″ instead of the 5’11″ stated, and married!!!!

The third date, “THE DOCTOR,” was a Chiropractor, unemployed, and so extremely thin that he appeared to be ill.

I had given specific requests as to age range, height and employment (they need to have a job!) Pretty basic, right? Really, I could do better in the grocery store than this.

This is a SCAM!!!! BE WARNED!! Do not waste your money here. This company takes no responsibility whatsoever for sending you on dates that are against even the most basic requests. They are simply after the money. I would be happy to join a class action suit. I think this company should be put out of business.

This dating service is a scam! I blame only myself because i did not look at reviews before joining. Reading comments now confirms my experience.
The following are just a few problems:
    1. They did not listen to me during the interview, or if they did, it did not matter because they proceeded to ignore all the things i said were important about matches.
    2. They blatantly lied about how many dates there would be. They said, “As many as you have time for! We are experts in scheduling so if you have the time we have the dates for you!” Of course it is my fault because i failed to read the fine print in the contract which says there will be a minimum of one date per month (which is exactly what they offered).
    3. They ask for feedback and then continue to ignore it! When i mentioned that my dates were not matched in terms of politics or religion, i was told “Oh we do not recommend talking about this on the first date…” Seriously?
    4. Also in the fine print is you need 6 weeks notice to cancel or they will keep charging your card. Fortunately i saw this in someone else’s negative review in just the nick of time to cancel without extra penalty.
    5. All the guys i met had the same complaints: IJL doesn’t listen, matches them with inappropriate people, obviously has more men than women in the 40s age range because they heard the same complaints from all their dates that the women only had one per month whereas men really could go on lots of dates!

I was initially scared to try internet dating which is why the idea of a personal matchmaker seemed so appealing. I was really ready to meet someone though and 1 (bad) date a month was ridiculous so after the first month i got on some websites and before my contract was up with IJL i had met lots of great guys online.
Different sites might work for different people but i was on match, eharmony, POF, and OKcupid and got consistently great contacts on OKcupid so wanted to recommend that to anyone reading this. Save your money and go online (OKCupid is free too!).
When i think of the amazing amount of money i wasted on IJL i was mad at myself but realize its just my “stupidity fee” for not looking into their reputation first!

Wow – when i read the above I was shocked! So glad I didn’t read them before I joined otherwise I would not have had the wonderful experience I have had in Toronto. I am a bit of a shy guy who has enveloped himself in his career for all his life and then suddenly realized that there was something seriously missing – a great woman to share it with! I met some great women through IJL and have gone on some nice dates that have opened me up a bit…but there’s only one special lady for me and I’ve been on “hold” for her for some time now… fingers crossed I’ll never have to date again :)

THIS COMPANY IS GETTING AWAY WITH TOO MUCH. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! THEY DON’T HAVE A PHYSICAL OFFICE HERE IN ROCHESTER BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEIR DOOR WOULD BE BEATEN DOWN ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH REFUND DEMANDS. THEY INTENTIONALLY MAKE IT SO YOU CAN’T SUE THEM NOT HAVING A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. THEY TELL YOU THAT PRIOR TO SIGNING UP AND STEALING YOUR MONEY THAT A CERTAIN PERSON (EVEN NAME!) WILL BE MATCHED WITH YOU AND THEN THAT SAME PERSON MIRACOUSLY GOES “ON HOLD” WHEN YOU ASK WHERE HE IS AND YOU GET STUCK WITH 3 DUDS THAT YOU NEVER ASKED FOR! BUT, SAYS DEBBIE THE SUPERVISOR, WE DID OUR PART WE FIXED YOU UP WITH 3 DATES FOR THE $900 SO WE DID OUR PART! TOTAL BREACH OF CONTRACT AS ALL MY DATES WERE AT LEAST 75 MILES AWAY FROM ME ONE WAY AND THE OTHER TWO WERE DISGUSTEDLY 130 MILES AWAY ONE WAY…YEAH i’M READY TO GET STARTED WITH THOSE MEN…AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK LIKE TOM CRUISE FOR THAT! AH THEN THERE IS MY LAST DATE! THE GUY WHO THREW MONEY DOWN ON THE BAR AFTER 5 MINUTES THAT I HAD NOTHING IN COMMON WITH BUT WAS PLEASANT AND WILLING TO HAVE LUNCH JUST THE SAME FOR DRIVING THERE. I AM 52 YEARS OLD AND PRETTY DARN GOOD LOOKING AND NEVER HAD A GUY LEAVE ME LIKE THAT, NEVER! HELLO? A PLANT PERHAPS, SOMEONE THEY PUT THERE TO SHUT ME UP AND GIVE ME MY 3RD DATE FOR!? BEST PART! 130 MILES AWAY FROM ME ONE WAY! DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS SERVICE AS YOU WILL BE BREACHED, BETRAYED, LIED TO, BABYTALKED TO, FRAUDED AND SO ON. YOU MAY WONDER WHY I JOINED AT ALL. I DIDN’T WANT TO FOLKS WHEN I SAW THEIR LOW, PATHETIC RATING, BUT GOOD OL CATHERINE TALKED ME INTO IT BY LYING TO ME AND TELLING ME ABOUT ALL THE GREAT MEN THERE WOULD BE AND HOW MUCH BETTER IT WOULD BE THEN ONLINE! NOT! AND THEN TELLING ME ABOUT SCOTT…WELL THAT IS A HIT WAY BELOW THE BELT! SORRY FOR THE CAPS HERE, BUT THAT’S HOW MAD THESE PEOPLE MAKE ME. IF THEY DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY, I PLAN ON GOING TO SHOWS LIKE 20/20 AND 60 MINUTES IF ANYONE CARES TO JOIN ME! JUST REPLY HERE WITH YOUR EMAIL AND WE CAN START UP A PETITION. DON’T LET THESE CROOKS STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! BE PROACTIVE.

IT’S JUST LUNCH IS A SCAM, IT’S JUST LUNCH IS A SCAM, IT’S JUST LUNCH IS A SCAM. The Funny thing about this is, I wrote a review about this company on their Consumer Affairs website, and I still haven’t seen the review. A number of people have told me the same thing. They post what they feel. It’s just Lunch charged me $2500.00, I had a Welcome Call, read the Reviews and the next day asked for my money back, and they told me “They would call me back the next day to give me time to think about it, I told the Rep I didn’t want to think about it, I just wanted my money back, and she that’s when she told me Unfortunately they don’t give refunds.” I’m in the process of taking them to court. My Sister went on 1 date and told them the service wasn’t for her because the Guy they matched her with was 5’2”, walked with a Limp, had a hearing Aid, and we 68 years old. My Sister is 45, but they told her he was a GREAT match for her..PLEASE, PLEASE, run away frm this company. They are a SCAM!!!!!!!

WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!!! I’ve wasted time and money by using the IJL “service.” Note, I say “service” tongue in cheek because the only “service” I’ve been provided is bad service. I tried to recoup my money because I was so dissatisfied with the IJL experience, but was told they (IJL) was meeting their obligations. I’m sure the people they have set me up with were not matches, but rather other poor souls like me who had signed up for the service believing that they would be set up with someone with similar interests. What a farce! The entire company should go to jail and meet their true matches…the criminals who take advantage of other people. I joined the service because Oprah endorsed them. She obiviously didn’t receive the treatment I received. I will never recommend this company to anyone. In fact, anyone out there considering using their services needs to just say no.

    • lisa

It’s Just Lunch is a fraudulent company
and a total scam! DO NOT SIGN UP!! Dealing with this company is very
frustrating, time consuming and more importantly, stressful. They come across
as genuine in the beginning, but once you give them money, they leave you in
the dust. The company is dishonest, disgusting and horrible.
I signed up with the company because I was told that I would have 4 dates within 4 months and that I would be working with one representative that would help me with the entire process. In addition, I was promised a date with a certain person, which is what attracted me to their business. This date never existed. It was a total lie. I did indeed meet with one date, but it was not the person I was promised. Apparently, he was “lost” in the system the day after I signed up. Did he even exist? The first date was okay, but immediately after that, I was totally ignored by the company. I was then switched to 6 different representatives within 2 months that kept blowing me off week after week. Then, I was scheduled for a second date (almost 2 months later). This date was confirmed. However, the date never showed up at all and I left a very important business meeting to
meet with this potential date. It’s Just Lunch never informed me that it was
not going to happen. Immediately after this happened, I emailed 3 different
people at the company and not one person emailed me back. I called and no one
would take my calls from the New York office. In fact, they were purposely ignoring my phone calls. I had my assistant call from her cell phone immediately after I was told my contact was unavailable. Surprisingly, in a matter of half a second, she was free to talk.
I was totally blown off (once again) and there was no apology.

This company just wants clients to sign up, take their money and after one initial date they blow you off. I even offered to take a half a refund from them (for only going on one date and for all the headaches and stress that I went through for 3 months), but
unfortunately, it went upon deaf ears. This company doesn’t even have the
decency to refund their unsatisfied customers, even if it is only half. I am
absolutely disgusted with their customer service, deceptive business practices
and outright disrespect for people. When calling my credit card company, the
representative told me that she has had many complaints about this company and
that they should be sued and out of business. Save your money and your time.
They do not have any inventory and will take your money and run!

Worst scam. They said they had plenty of Jewish available men. They did not. U wanted a refund after my first date with a short guy in a toupee and they refused. Then 2 months went by before they found me another loser. Worst 3 dates ever.

This is the worst dating service EVER, I believe it to be a SCAM. I travel often and found the advertisement in a flight magazine. When I called, Judy was a hard sell assuring me that they had an abundant amount of men who met my criteria. I paid $2400!! Her email is judyzo@ijlcorp.com. I was then passed to another person, Latoya (latoyac@ijlcorp.com) who arranged my first date with a man who said he was on his last date with the service and proceeded to tell me how bad it was. Latoya called after the date to find out how it went and to get feedback. I asked for the feedback from the other date but it’s “their policy that they do not offer feedback until you’ve been with the service for six months, then you can pay additional money to receive input from a “dating coach”". TWO MONTHS later I had a second date with a person who did not meet my criteria and I expressed my concerns before I went on the date. Latoya highly suggested that I go, because “once you meet someone in person, all of that could change if there is a connection”. I went, and again both of us could not understand why were set up. It is now two months after that date and I still have not heard a word from Latoya. I have emailed her several times.

I am an attractive female, who is in good shape, and has a professional career. My criteria list is not that long at all!

I warn anyone who may want to try this service in the Phoenix area. DON’T DO IT!. I pretty much threw $2400 hard earned money right out the window.
