Terrell Owens may finally find a home for the 2010 NFL season. According to reports, T.O. has been working out with Carson Palmer in California. Supposedly, Palmer is so impressed with what he’s seen from Owens in workouts that he has told the Cincinnati Bengals that they need to sign the vivacious wide receiver.
There are a number of other reasons why Terrell Owens to the Bengals makes sense:
- Owens is good friends with Chad Ochocinco.
- Chad Ochocinco has campaigned to get Owens on the team.
- The Bengals have a history of signing players with character flaws.
- The other starting WR, Antonio Bryant, has a history of injuries.
We’ll see if Terrell Owens to the Cincinnati Bengals becomes reality. As it stands, it almost makes too much sense for it not to happen.
Owens’ agent, Drew Rosenhaus, recently said that T.O. is very likely to sign with a team within the new few weeks. Besides Cincinnati, other possible destinations include the New England Patriots, Chicago Bears and New York Jets.
