With as many injuries as there are in the NFL this season, hitting the waiver wire has never been more important for fantasy football owners. Check out our list below to find out who will believe to be the sleepers of the Week 3 waiver wire. Warning: These waiver wire sleepers won’t last long.

QB Matt Hasselbeck, Tennessee Titans
When will we start believing? The time is now. The Titans are throwing the ball a ton and Hasselbeck has responded. After three games, he has five touchdown passes, 932 passing yards and a QB rating of 102.2.

RB Montario Hardesty, Cleveland Browns
With Peyton Hillis sidelined, Montario Hardesty stepped in and did a good job. While Hillis is still the starter when healthy, Hardesty’s role could grow as the season continues. At worst, he’s a handcuff for Hillis owners.

WR Torrey Smith, Baltimore Ravens
After zero catches in the first two games of his NFL career, rookie Torrey Smith exploded in Week 3. He finished the game with five catches for 152 yards and three touchdown grabs. While he won’t do that again this season, he’s definitely a waiver wire sleeper who could continue to produce like a WR3.

TE Brandon Pettigrew, Detroit Lions
With as much attention as Calvin Johnson is getting, someone else on the Lions receiving corps will need to step up. In Week 3, that was tight end Brandon Pettigrew. His 11 catches for 112 yards surely turned some heads.
