There are a number of fantasy football sleepers in Week 8 of the fantasy season. If you are battling byes or injuries, check out one of these plug-and-play options.

QB Matt Hasselbeck, Tennessee Titans
Matt Hasselbeck has at least one touchdown pass in every game this season. This week, he gets to go against the pathetic Indianapolis Colts.

RB Bernard Scott, Cincinnati Bengals
With Cedric Benson suspended for a game, Bernard Scott gets the start. His matchup against the Seattle Seahawks make him an above average start this week.

WR Victor Cruz, New York Giants
Victor Cruz has three touchdowns in his last four games and has totaled at least 98 yards in three of those outings. Going against the Miami Dolphins this week, you can expect good production.

TE Visanthe Shiancoe, Minnesota Vikings
Since the Vikings have switched to Christian Ponder at quarterback, Visanthe Shiancoe has seen more action. Expect that to continue in Week 8 against the Carolina Panthers.
