If you are needing to save money, one place you can cut back is the money you spend on food. While we all loving eating out and eating the finest of food, it’s actually quite easy to feed yourself on $5 per month. You might miss McDonald’s or that ribeye steak but your wallet will thank you. Oh, and the food is healthy, too!

    1. Be prepared to cook
Don’t buy anything that is prepared — that’s just a waste of money. Buy the absolute basics and cook.

    2. Rely on rice and beans
Buy dry rice and dry beans in bulk. Rice and beans are extremely cheap and will fill you up fast.

    3. Use Spices
You won’t get tired of the same food everyday as long as you use a variety of spices.

    4. Drink Tap Water
You shouldn’t spend one penny on drinks. Only drink water and that alone will save you money and keep you healthy.

    Eat plenty of beans
