These days, are days are packed full of things to do. We don’t have much time to sleep. But when we do lay down, you want to fall asleep — fast! There’s no time to be laying in bed staring at the ceiling. With that in mind, here are some ways you can fall asleep faster:
1. Avoid long naps
If you nap during the day, don’t be surprised when you can’t sleep at night.
2. Take a shower or bath
The warm water will help relax your muscles and get you ready for sleep.
3. Don’t eat in bed
Ideally, you want to stop eating three hours before going to bed.
4. Have sex
If your partner is willing, having sex is a great way to get those zzz’s.
