The Los Angeles Lakers just can’t keep a hot streak going. They were going good once again after a losing streak … but then they melted down in the fourth quarter against the Phoenix Suns and ended up losing the game against the worst team in the Western Conference.
The problem with the Lakers is the lack of chemistry. While players like Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard get a lot of the blame, Pau Gasol is actually the biggest whining. The Lakers had put a winning streka together … yet that wasn’t good enough for Gasol. He whined after a win because he didn’t play much in the fourth quarter.
That’s both lame and unprofessional of Gasol. He has to grow up and learn his role. Many great players come off the bench — such as Manu Ginobili in San Antonio. Last year, James Harden came off the bench for Oklahoma City.
