    Marc Staal, a defenseman for the New York Rangers, suffered a serious eye injury after his eye got hit by the puck. There’s no word on his condition at this time. Watch the Marc Staal eye injury video below.

    After Marc Staal got hit, he immediately went to the ice. He was writhing in pain and screaming out in agony. It was a sad scene to behold. His Rangers teammates were waving in the medical help instantly.

    As you might guess, Marc Staal began bleeding almost immediately. He undoubtedly needed stitches; let’s hope he avoided any catastrophic damage to his eyeball.
