Ronald Lee Homer Jr. Falls Nearly 70 Feet at Turner Field, Dies

A hardcore fan of the Atlanta Braves named Ronald Lee Homer Jr. died at Turner Field last night after falling nearly seven stories onto a concrete sidewalk. Known to friends as Ron, he was from Conyers, Georgia and his loved ones remember him as a loving, gentle, compassionate man.

The fall occurred at approximately 9 PM local time. So far, police are calling it an accident. There’s no word yet if alcohol was involved or how exactly the safety railing failed to prevent this tragic tumble.
