Welcome to the best Red Hot Chili Peppers song in existence. First of all, the introduction guitar work in “Under the Bridge” is phenomenal. Amazingly, from there the track only gets better.
This is some earlier RHCP but this song is timeless. I wish more of their songs were like this.
The vocals are so intoxicating. I usually don’t consider Anthony Kieidis to be a powerful vocalist but in this song, his voice is gold. The lyrics in this song are personal and are delivered as if he is an omniscient visionary.
