Photographer Hit with Lawsuit for Empire State Building Footage

Apparently, Shelby Carter posing seductively and getting nude in public doesn’t make everyone smile. The management team of the Empire State Building has filed a $1 million lawsuit against photographer Allen Henson. The suit claims the footage was unauthorized and unsafe.

Scroll down the page to see 9 pictures of Shelby Carter taken by Allen Henson. Personally, I think it’s a very classy shoot. I don’t understand why anyone would get upset.

Sure, the Empire State Building wants to promote a family friendly atmosphere. However, isn’t this lawsuit doing the opposite? I know I will hesitate to visit again knowing that I could face the loss of $1 million for a misstep.
