The latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll shows Ben Carson leading Donald Trump, 29-23 percent — and Trump isn’t pleased. In fact, Trump told Fox News he doesn’t think Carson is fit for the job.

“I like Ben, but Ben can’t do the job, I mean there’s no question about it,” Trump said. “He’s not going to be able to negotiate with China. It’s not his thing … It’s not in his wheelhouse, he’s never done it before, and I don’t think it’s, you know, meant for him.”

He reiterated those sentiments on “Good Morning America.” “It’s not his thing. He doesn’t have the temperament for it,” Trump told George Stephanopoulos. “I think Ben just doesn’t have the experience.”

Trump challenged Carson positions on Medicare, immigration and other issues as well. He wasn’t shy about attacking Marco Rubio either — “I’m not a fan. I think he’s overrated,” Trump said, also adding that Vladimir Putin “would eat him alive.”

Despite Carson ahead of Trump in this particular poll, the latest poll in New Hampshire has Trump still leading by double-digits.
