This isn’t the first duck boat accident in recent memory. Last year in Seattle, a duck boat collided with a charter bus. Five people on the bus were killed. In 2015, a duck boat struck and killed a woman who was crossing the street in Philadelphia.
No other details were immediately available about the woman’s identity or the cause of the accident.
