The beautiful Victoria Bonya, a Russian model and social media sensation, claims that she was stopped and unreasonably detained at a Los Angeles airport. The reason? Authorities suspected that the statuesque brunette was actually working as a Russian spy.

According to Bonya, TSA employees uncovered a business card for a company that produces hidden video cameras stashed in her luggage. They apparently tied that piece of evidence to her Russian passport and came up with their own conspiracy theory, one that was no doubt influenced by the news as of late.

While security workers re-scanned her luggage to check for any other incriminating items, they went so far as to ask her direct questions about Russian president Vladimir Putin – as if any decent spy would give away their hand on the spot.

“That was a real blow. I thought I was going down and they would deport me,” Bonya said of the impromptu interrogation. “Instead of asking some real questions, the officer decided to talk about our president. Finding out everything about my position, he started talking about the KGB.”

Bonya claims that she laughed off that line of questioning several times before realizing that the officer was actually serious. She was finally allowed to leave after her luggage scan came up clean – but not before officers forced her to show them her social media accounts.

The former Playboy Russia cover model, who is based in Monaco and has millions of followers across her Instagram and Facebook accounts, has carved out a successful career in front of the camera as a model, television host, and reality star.

Bonya originally hails from the town of Kasnokamensk in eastern Russia and moved to Moscow at age 16, where she worked as a waitress before getting discovered by a prominent modeling agency.
