The producers of The Bachelor franchise and related shows including The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise, have been under intense scrutiny in recent months after someone accused the production team of allowing a sexual assault to take place on set while cameras rolled.
While a full investigation cleared the team and the involved contestants of any wrongdoing, another lawsuit could reignite the conversation.
Former assistant, Becky Steenhoek, claims that the production company and several of its producers made her uncomfortable by repeatedly asking her sexually invasive questions. She claims that they did this to embarrass her due to her ”sexual inexperience and conservative views about sex.”
What did Warner Bros. Entertainment ask Ms. Steenhoek? Here are some examples of the types of questions:
- How often do you masturbate?
- Do you own sex toys/dildos?
- Have you ever had anal sex?
- Do you enjoy giving hand jobs?
- Is your vagina shaved? Do you have a landing strip?
- Has a man ever got your “taco” talking?
Steenhoek says she complained about the questions but was fired a week later. So far Warner Bros. hasn’t released a comment.
