I would add one of my favorite courses whenever I'm visiting my in-laws in the Albany New York area is Orchard Creek Golf Club, in Altamont NY. Built on an apple Orchard, during the fall you can actually pick and eat some apples while you play and it is usually in phenomenal shape. The course is beautiful and challenging, a must play if you are in the area, Great list. I would add one of the courses at Keystone in Colorado, the vistas are amazing and its just an all around excellent course.
