In the second part of our fantasy football analysis of the 2009 NFL Draft, here’s a look at the player drafted in the second half of the first round.  QB Josh Freeman, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Some experts were surprised that Freeman went so high in the draft but the Bucs loved his size and potential. That said, he’s a long-term project for Tampa Bay.
