With Jason Smith off the board, picking someone for defense was a no-brainer for the Kansas City chiefs. They have a quarterback who will hopefully do well with their organization, and although I think they wanted Jason Smith to protect him, their defensive line is really lacking. REALLY lacking.
Ok, they suck.

#3 2009 Draft Pick – Tyson Jackson, Defensive Tackle, LSU
I like him for the Chiefs. Like I said, they need to boost up their defensive, which sucks. They were last in sacks last year in the NFL, and I think Tyson Jackson could help make a difference. Again, I like the pick. Do you?
Here are other draft picks:
1. Matthew Stafford, Quarterback, Georgia to the Detroit Lions
2. Jason Smith, Offensive Tackle, Baylor to the St. Louis Rams
