Manning Brothers Make Pro Bowl History

I’ve lost some respect for the “Pro Bowl” the past few years because it seems that certain players are voted in because of their popularity rather than their achievements. I know that fan voting is the main reason for that … but … come on … Brett Favre? Really?
He leads the league in interceptions. How is that “Pro Bowl” worthy?
I could easily get up on my soapbox and go off on a long and winding tangent detailing the numerous other “Pro Bowl” selections I disagree with (Jason Peters anyone?), but I won’t.
There’s too much negativity going around. So I am to focus on something positive instead.
For the first time in NFL football history, the first quarterback team of brothers will be playing in the “Pro Bowl” (and deservingly so.)
I think that Peyton Manning and Eli Manning are both talented in their own right. They’ve set themselves apart from their famous football father, Archie, and even from each other. Peyton is known for thriving under pressure as well as his humorous commercials, and Eli is the underdog who seems to always rise to the occasion.
I love watching them play. And even though I haven’t watched the “Pro Bowl” in about eight or nine years, I just might tune to see history being made.

That would be great to see Peyton and Eli Manning play together in the Pro Bowl this season. Peyton is one of my favorite players in American football, Eli is also fill of talent and skill. I think, the two brothers have the quality to make such history.
