Our people came up with 55 interesting ideas. Apart from some of the above, there were ideas like: - Conduct workshops on Saturdays (we are a design company)for the fraternity - Our senior people can be visiting faculties in other design schools - Blogging (today each and every person in our org blogs) - Jugdge competitions or events in our industry - Word of mouth (speak to friends, college network, and relatives about your company) And lots more.
