Okay, I don’t know why I put the “A la mode” part in the title. I just though it sounded cool. It would be cool if a Bill Tiller interview was served warm with a nice big topping of vanilla ice cream, wouldn’t it? Or does that just sound kinky? I’m so weird.

Anyways! Back to the topic at hand! A Bill Tiller interview! You know… Bill Tiller, right? The president of Autumn Moon Games. The same people creating A Vampyre Story?

Well, this time done by the lovely people at Adventure Gamers. And no, there is no mention of ice cream, but there should be, because ice cream is a delicious treat, isn’t it?

In the interview, a few things are revealed that I didn’t know before. So I’ll point them out to you, because maybe you haven’t heard them. Or maybe you have. Either way, you’ll probably read further to see if the things I am about to say are things you’ve heard or not.

Man I am good! Some interesting facts about A Vampyre Story:

  • The game will be about as long as Full Throttle, but not as long as Curse of Monkey Island.
  • A Vampyre Story will be a game with 3 different parts. But it’s not going to be given to us in “episodic” installments>.
  • The villains of the story play an active role, by constantly trying to catch Mona. I love vampire hunters!.
  • Froderick, Mona’s side kick, was a pain in the ass to program. Why? Because bats stink. Okay, that’s not the real reason.
  • Bill likes to say “pain in the ass” a lot.
