Hakia is a search engine that uses semantics. Now, one of the latest updates from the company is that they would be working on upgrading their current search engine so that it could be able to give out more relevant results with regards to health services. The company has mentioned that instead of just focusing on the popularity of a health service, they would be making sure that users would be given results that are focused also on the credibility of the health searches. Of course, the health search engine is not only focused on health services but also on all other things related to health.

The search engine is already working right now although it is still in beta mode. Hakia has also mentioned that results that would be showed would not only be about the credibility of the site. They also have incorporated that they meet the criteria on quality as given by the Medical Library Association, or the MLA.
