A landmark for a landmark – sort of

According to Topix and WCPO-TV9 Cincinnati the Hofbräuhaus has sold its 2 millionth liter of beer. Strangely enough, I was unable to find anything about it in either the Munich newspaper or on the Hofbräuhaus website.

That’s because it’s the Hofbräuhaus in Cincinnati. I was wondering why it would be bigger news in Cincinnati than in Munich, although they are sister cities (go figure).

It would be interesting to know how many liters have been sold at the “real” Hofbräuhaus.
