Below are a few of the questions that you might want to ask about you and those who will be part of your support team:

  • What are the strengths that each person bring to the team?
  • What are the weaknesses that each person bring to the team?
  • What type of teaming environment do you want to create?
  • How will your team be structured in regard to hierarchy?
  • Will you have a personal assistant as part of the team (or a virtual assistant)?

These are a few starter questions that you should be prepared to answer when it comes to developing your support team.
