A New Era For HealthandMen.com

August 21, 2008 by Scott Wharton

As you know, updates on Healthandmen.com are often only once per day. I often only find the time to update once a day because of time constraints. Starting in the next week you will notice more updates on a daily basis. I am going to try to take Health and Men to the next level as I am with my other blogs.

I’ve decided to take on blogging as a full-time job and tomorrow will be my last day at my present full time job. It’s a scary and possibly risky move on my part, but I love pro-blogging and by doing this I will be able to devote my time to it and see where it goes. It’s going to be kind of weird at first to be home all the time, but if I manage my time right and keep myself disciplined it will all pay off. This will also free up more time for me to get back in to a day to day work out routine as I did before I started blogging.

I appreciate all of the Health And Men readers and I look forward with providing more for you in the future. Cheers!~Scott

My biggest fear is that I’m going to get lazy in my spare time and put on weight. I have to get back in the swing of working out and I will have plenty of time to do it. I couldn’t walk around in my pjs all day…
