With Google AdSense, marketers can make a lot of money. While it takes time to find a lucrative niche, once that niche is found, the money will start rolling in. However, here are a few common AdSense mistakes that marketers should avoid at all costs.

Concentrate on content
You should make webpages with just Google AdSense in mind. The best AdSense campaigns are the ones that use AdSense in a complementary manner.

Don’t beg for clicks
Not only is this practice tacky, it is also against the AdSense TOS. In fact, take a hard look at the TOS to make sure you understand it all before you begin.

Don’t live and die by AdSense
If you run a website, it is a good idea to spread out your revenue streams. Living and dying by AdSense isn’t a very good idea. Additionally, you should have a vehicle for advertisers who come straight to you.

Track the Results
You should never go more than a week without checking your AdSense statistics. You should make an effort to maximize what the things that are working and eliminate the things that aren’t.
