Determining your business direction is important and for young entrepreneurs, it helps to have tips regarding which businesses are best for young entrepreneurs. For this part of the series, I decided to interview Shonika Proctor who mentors and coaches young entrepreneurs as they develop their business.
Shonika is @TeenBizCoach on Twitter and you can visit her website at http://TeenEntrepreneurBlog.com. During this part of the interview, you will learn how Shonika started mentoring/coaching young entrepreneurs. She will also share sage advice on how teens can get their own business started. Make sure to read the second part of this series tomorrow.
Please introduce yourself and tell us what you do to help young entrepreneurs

How long have you mentor or coached young entrepreneurs? And what do you find has been the most rewarding aspect of your business?

What are some of the traits of teens who are ideal entrepreneurs?

How can a parent/mentor/coach get the process started to put their teen on the path to entrepreneurship?

What types of projects are the teens working on that you are mentoring/coaching?
