In honor of the start of baseball season, when hope springs eternal, today’s Sunday Saying has a baseball theme. The quote is from David Olgivy, sometimes called the “Father of Adversiting,” He said,
Don’t bunt. Aim out of the ball park. Aim for the company of immortals.

If you want to start a business, don’t just aim to be good. Aim to be great. For a small business owner, that might mean:
- Creating a new product that causes people to say, “Wow! I wish I had thought of that.”
- Creating a new way to serve people that helps them – and you – improve their lives or their businesses.
- Finding a way to get customers coming back over and over again.
Think big when you start your business. Think of how big your business can be, then start working toward that goal. You don’t think those home run hitters got that good by watching baseball on TV, do you?
