AirTran Airways Promotes Discount Airfares with Cirque du Soleil

In a unique promotional event, AirTran Airways teamed up with the Orlando, Florida Convention and Visitors Bureau to wrap an airplane with a “Say YES to Orlando” message. The unveiling of the wrapped AirTran airplane coincided with AirTran’s special promotion on airfares across the United States including discounted flights to Orlando.
A video was created showing a time lapse of the airplane wrapping process with the help of performers from La Nouba, Cirque du Soleil’s popular show at Orlando, Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort. You can check it out below.
Seems like a fun promotion to put together, but I’m not sure how much business or buzz it will drive. What do you think?
