Albert Lai Joins Octopz Advisory Team

Albert Lai, Canada’s online whiz kid, has joined Octopz Inc.’s product advisory team as the Toronto-based online collaboration company looks to add more features and customers.

“It’s exciting to be part of a dynamic company like Octopz, with its simple and effective online collaboration solution,” said Lai. “It’s also extremely rewarding to use my experience to help emerging companies avoid the unexpected pitfalls that often stand in the way of successfully launching a great new service.”
Lai’s entrepreneurial track record includes MyDesktop Network, which was sold to JupiterMedia; and BubbleShare.com, an online photo sharing service that was sold to Kaboose earlier this year.
