Andy Murray has no charm?

Sometimes I harp on Andy Murray. It’s not a secret. But I certainly don’t do it to the extent of Simon Hattenstone. Here’s his article about how charmless Murray is compared to his brother Jamie. Compared to a normal human being, actually.

Hattenstone talks about Murray as if he’s a side of beef for sale. That’s fine. The article can be interesting – if for nothing other than the controversy it has sparked out of the woodwork – and it has some true points. You can’t dispute the fact that Murray tends to have a perpetual scowl on his face.
