Apple confirmed yesterday in their Q3 report that the iPhone will be coming to Europe in Q4 of this year.
A hard date has not been released. Neither has the complete list of cell provider partners been disclosed. It seems like ages ago when we spent countless hours debating the actual launch date of the iPhone here in the United States.
First there was June 11. Then there was June 15. Some even said not until the Leopard release in September. As we all know, the actual release date was June 29th and Apple sold 270,000 iPhones in 30 hours. Now that is a product release!
So when do you think the iPhone will get released in Europe? Do you think it will come at the beginning of Q4? Or maybe right before Christmas? We will keep our ears to the grindstone on this one. Until then, you fans in Europe have something to look forward to.
