Apple Pushing Safari On Me?

I just got notification from the Apple Software Update application that Safari is available from Apple for me to install.
I was expecting yet another update to iTunes and Quicktime. Not this time though.
So, when did Safari become available for Windows? Is this new?
There it is folks. Safari running on my Windows XP Pro laptop.
