So, the guy takes a few days off, isn't he entitled to that? Hasn't he worked hard enough for you to take a few days off? If your off, are you suddenly ill or are you just faking it so you can take that time off? Do yourself a favour and leave the poor guy alone! After all, he is producing the goods.
