Andre - Great point. When you have a bad boss for a while, you can be a better manager, and a better associate. Great link too. Thanks for sharing it.

Ryann - thanks so much for catching the grammatical error. I've cleaned it up now. I think my brain knew what I meant, but obviously my typing fingers did not. Should be better now.

This is a really poorly written article. Check out the grammar errors in the 1st paragraph (in quotes).

Ahhhh... bad bosses. There's a golden lining here when it comes to bad bosses. The bad ones usually provide the best guide for "what not to do". When in doubt (in hopes of being a good boss), "just do the opposite of what the bad boss would have done."

It's much easier to get a good boss once you have experienced bad boss syndrome for a while.
