Argentina beats Brazil in FIBA Americas semis

Luis Scola, the new Houston Rocket, scored 27 points to lead Argentina past Brazil. Leandro Barbosa fell short and scored just 16 points in a losing effort for Brazil. Argentina will now face the US in a rematch for the tournament championship and bragging rights. Both the US and Argentina are assured of an Olympic slot.
