Arghhh – New Computer Blues

Well, I have a new computer… and it’s lots faster and has all sorts of bells and whistles. But… I can’t get the display the way I like it and I’ve got more programs to upload, plus a whole new software package to learn.
But most of my email works, and folks are working on the stuff that doesn’t, so maybe by tomorrow I’ll actually be able to write something. ;)

4. What’s at stake? What will happen if the character doesn’t reach the desired scene goal?
A good way to up the tension in a scene is to up the stakes.

Boy do I know about the computer blues. I got a new one back in October and have had more trouble with it since then than I ever did with the old one. But in my case I know that the operator has a big role in this.
