Arkansas Avalanche Recipe

The name of this cocktail is a bit of a mystery since I’m originally from Arkansas and I can’t ever remember there being an avalanche.
No matter.
If you’re looking for a sweet cinnamon cocktail that’s simple to make and then the Arkansas Avalanche is the drink for you. The drink ends up being a pleasant red color from the grenadine with light catching gold hints from the Goldschlager.
Three ingredients [four if you count the ice] and you’re done.
Arkansas Avalanche
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
- 7 oz Sprite soda
- 2 oz grenadine syrup
- ice
Directions:
Take the Goldschlager and grenadine and pour them into a Highball glass that’s half filled with ice. Top with Sprite.
Enjoy.
