I have the opportunity to have Kinsey, a Registered Dietician from Diets in Review, guest post next month, and wanted to give you a chance to ask her anything you want.
Here’s something I’ve always wondered: How much food counts as breakfast? We all know we are supposed to eat breakfast to kick start our metabolism for the day, but how much food does it take to do that? Does milk in my coffee count? or is there a certain amount of calories I need first thing?
