In the UK, it looks like Ask are running a guerilla campaign to promote its search engine. There are wild postings, tube ads and a website.

Information revolution

Reading the comments on the site and the commentary, it is clear that this started off as a teaser campaign, as Valleywag discovered with no obvious links back to the company behind it. But now the site is obviously branded as Ask.com. The posters are still mysterious though, so still raising questions.
