		<description>I have tried calling 3 weeks and cannot get through. Ive waited an hour at a time and gave up.  3 weeks ago I canceled my caller I.D.  My bill doesn&#039;t seem to reflect this,.  Could you please look it up and check.  It still seems awfully high to me.  Thank you very much</description>
