August is about Fiction!

Last month here at Bizzia’s Freelance category, we spent time talking about motivation, inspiration, and writer’s block. It seemed to work out well to have a theme for the month, so staying with that idea, August will also have a theme – and a subject matter that I don’t cover often here are Bizzia.

August is all about fiction!

Now, I realize that most of you don’t make money through fiction writing. That’s ok. However, most of us have dusty files on the computer that contain the next great American novel. Or, at least, the idea for it. Ok, maybe you just have a few paragraphs.

Hell, maybe you’ve never even tried your hand at writing fiction. I know a lot of writers who are scared to even try. That’s ok! August is all about stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Beyond tips on plot, characters, and setting, I’ll also talk to you about ways to actually make money with fiction writing. Yes, I have done it. It is possible, even if you don’t have time to pen an entire book. Hopefully, I’ll even have a few interviews for you with people who have found fiction freelancing success.
