Aussies aren’t so tough.

The England Ashes boys should be reading this, because they’ll be pleased to know the Aussies are no longer the men they used to be – in fact they’re all going a bit soft.

Australia’s long-celebrated “blokes” are turning into “metrosexual knobs”, a former opposition leader of the country has warned.

“Australian mates and good blokes have been replaced by nervous wrecks, metrosexual knobs and tossbags. Instead of calling a spade a spade, our national conversation is now dominated by weasel words and the pretence of politeness,” he said.

Crikey. Maybe we won’t need to worry about Aussie heckling after all.
