See thats interesting…As we (the games sales people) have not yet been informed. Although, im sure that tomorrow there will be an email stating that fact! Thanks for the heads up. :)
Hehe… Australians are always the last to know ;)
It’s still too much in my book, why would I hand over $200 for a 2G console when 3rd G offerings are out or on their way, and with the Wii looking like it will be delivered for about $300 AUD, I’d rather wait if I was going to buy one. Having said that, the $649 odd for the XBox 360 is way too much!
Well its still cheaper than the announced $1000 for the PS3. I was talking to both the Xbox and Sony reps the other day, and apparantly they are still on contract to make games for the PS2 and Xbox for another year or so. So its still kinda worth it, depending on if you really arent a hardcore gamer but want to play occasionally…
I’m waiting on the Wii. The 360 is still out of my budget plan, and the PS3 is a distant dream. I’ll get the PS3 when the PS6 is released.
That said, I got the PS2 for my birthday, and SingStar makes it all worthwhile ;)
