Biz Chicks Rule The bailout is a no-go. The outcome of the decision to bail out financial institutions was announced yesterday with a marginal vote of 228-205. With such a slim shot at the bailout being a go, Nancy Pelosi was credited with having swayed on-the-fencers in chaning their minds towards a no-go. Wow.
