The MG used to be the premier sports car in the British fleet, though now taken over by the likes of the Austin Mini and BMW the MG still fills a need for loyal British car enthusiasts. The new 2010 MG TF 85 & 135 models were designed to attract those same people who loved the old MG’s but who want a modern flare to them. Sometimes there are some brilliant concept cars unveiled that never make it to the consumer. Perhaps it’s due to the recent economic downturn but the GMC Terradyne Concept may never see the dealership floor. It really was a great truck back when it was shown at the 2000 Detroit Auto Show. GMC Terradyne Concept The Terradyne was designed to be the ultimate truck for anyone who works hard. It was supposed to come with the 6.6L V8 300-hp Duramax engine, that was powerful enough to tow well over 6,000 lbs. North American automakers have promised that by 2040 all cars sold on this continent will be fully electric vehicles. If that sounds like a far way off for most people, that’s because it is.
