			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gareth Manning from the  	Jamaican Gleaner is reporting information from an interview with 	attorney-at-law and  	University of the West Indies lecturer, Shirley-Ann Eaton.</p>
<p>HYIP &#8216;investors&#8217; now  	stand to lose big as government laws and regulations change to target HYIPs  	and online &#8216;investments&#8217;. Gareth Manning did a recent interview with  	Shirley-Ann Eaton who is a former secretary of the Jamaica Bankers&#8217;  	Association. Eaton says that money &#8216;invested&#8217; with these type of schemes  	(A3union was included) CANNOT be returned by the court system in Jamaica.   	She points out, this is because the law does not cover schemes offering  	excessive interest on money loaned.  The recovery provision only covers  	vehicles that carry a rate of 40% or less per year. The ridiculously high  	rates like 133% in 30 days is NOT covered by Jamaican law.</p>
<p>Furthermore,  	participants in the HYIP can ALSO FIND THEMSELVES IN PRISON if the schemes  	are found to be engaged in any sort of money laundering.  Because these  	schemes are unregulated and high yielding, they do not operate within the  	normal regulated banking and securities system which makes them a desirable  	vessel for money launderers.</p>
<blockquote>
<p align="justify"><em>&#8220;I  		don&#8217;t know of anywhere in the world where anybody is getting a return of  		120 per cent per annum on any kind of investment,&#8221; Eaton argues. &#8220;What  		if, willfully or inadvertently, these schemes contain proceeds of crime?  		What if money being given to them actually is criminal proceeds?&#8221;  		</em></p>
</blockquote>
<p>Under the recently  	enforced Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering Prevention) Regulations in  	Jamaica, any  	person can be found to have committed an offence under the act if that  	person knows or believes or even has reasonable grounds for knowing or  	believing that those handling their funds are engaged in laundering. If your HYIP is not registered with the proper securities and tax related  	authorities and is not reporting your tax positions on a gain or loss, that  	is reasonable grounds to believe.</p>
<blockquote>
<p align="justify"><em>If  		convicted before a resident magistrate, that person could be ordered to  		pay a fine not exceeding $1 million or be sentenced to a term not  		exceeding one year or to both a fine and imprisonment. If indicted  		before a Circuit Court, however, that person could face imprisonment of  		up to 10 years and a fine. In addition to prison terms for laundering,  		investors could face severe pressure from tax authorities. as under law  		they should be filing their tax returns.</em></p>
</blockquote>
<p>In Jamaica the tax  	authority is investigating the use of proceeds from these &#8216;investments&#8217;.</p>
<blockquote>
<p align="center">Tax Administration  		Department spokesperson Meris Haughton, while unwilling to disclose the  		approach being taken to recover the billions owed to it in income tax by  		these investors, noted that &#8220;all annual sums invested are taxable and we  		would not want to disclose exactly how we will recover those taxes&#8221;.</p>
</blockquote>
<p>The Jamaican Financial Commission (FSC), there  	are over 20 &#8220;extremely high-yielding unregistered investment schemes  	operating in Jamaica&#8221;. Here is their published list.</p>

Dear Liberty Dollar Supporters,</p>

<p>Of course all that came to a screeching halt when the g-boys raided the Liberty Dollar just two weeks ago on Wednesday, November 14. 2007.</p>
<p>So now I am running from the government, afraid for my life and trying to figure out what the hell to do next! Right? Wrong! Nothing could be further from reality. Please read these quick bulleted (no pun) items for a quick review of the latest developments:</p>
<p>IMPORTANT: If you have not received your order and you paid for it with a bank card, please call your bank immediately, cancel the transaction, reversing the transaction and GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Don’t let the government steal your money!</p>
<p>1. First I am not running “from” the g-boys. It is just the opposite. I am running “to” the government. I see the current situation as an ideal opportunity to validate the Liberty Dollar. Otherwise they will have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am guilty and the Liberty Dollar is the scourge of the country. Luckily, my favorite FBI Agent “Andy” just called me yesterday&#8230; on my private cell phone. Well the cell phone is suppose to be “private” as most people don’t know the phone number. So I complimented Andy on his resourcefulness and he responded that he was the “FBI”. Now that impressed me and gave me a good secure feeling&#8230; because if the FBI could not find my cell phone number, we would really be hurting. In any case, Andy and I had a very “friendly” discussion for about 10-15 minutes. Seems that he wants to “talk” to me. I took that to mean that he wants to arrest me. So I asked about that and sure enough&#8230; a Grand Jury, indictment and arrest seems to be a given at this time. <span id="more-132573"></span>Later in our discussions, when Andy was forth coming with other info, I complimented him on his “friendliness”. To that Andy told me that he (that’s the gov) would be as “friendly” as I was. Well, what is a poor boy to do, especially one in hot water with the feds&#8230; but be friendly. So trust me, I intend to be very “friendly”. Seriously, I told my favorite FBI Agent Andy (who I am sure is reading this and can reply if he is so moved&#8230;) that I took the government’s raid “very seriously.” To which Andy replied, “And well you should&#8230; because the government takes it very seriously too.”</p>
<p>So there you have it, my second call with my very Special Agent Andy. For the record, I spoke briefly to Andy shortly after he and his gang invaded the peaceful Liberty Dollar offices and raided it of everything. And as required, we received an inventory of the all confiscated material. Unfortunately, it was not as detailed as really required&#8230; simply stating 500 pounds of silver, without regard to year, weight, denomination or design was way too sloppy for this detailed pone arrestee-in-waiting.</p>
<p>Again, I am running “to” the government to absolve the Liberty Dollar as a legal, private, voluntary, barter currency as soon as possible. I want to get your property back ASAP. Please note this complete post for more important info on how you can help us get your property back.</p>
<p>2. Our first mission is to get your confiscated property back. Please don’t call it stolen&#8230; yet. It will only be “stolen” if we lose this case. And God help us all if the Liberty Dollar is found guilty. So please take two actions: First sign up for the Class Action Lawsuit and encourage other people to do so. We need thousands and thousands of people demanding the return of their “stolen property”. Second, we are launching a Legal Defense Fund to defend your right to use Gold and Silver any way you chose. It would be a very dangerous first step if the government started limiting the way you can use your own gold and silver. Please don’t let this happen! Please donate $10 or more to this very serious movement.</p>

<p>3. Now lets get serious. Did you read the 35 page Affidavit filed by Agent Andy to show ‘probable cause’ for the issuance of the Search Warrant? If not please go to: <a href="http://www.libertydollar.org/legal/pdf/libertyaffidavit.pdf" target="_blank">http://www.libertydollar.org/legal/p&#8230;yaffidavit.pdf</a> and read it! Read it very thoroughly. And while you do&#8230; ask yourself, “Where’s the crime?” Where is the crime?!!! Usually in such an Affidavit there is all sorts of names, dates, offences, and other info. None of that is in this Affidavit! It seems that I am guilty of selling a t-shirt to Karen, our favorite kinda-undercover agent who was well known from the get-go. Where is the crime? And the idea we were “laundering money” is almost a joke&#8230; if it was not such a serious matter. Trust me, this is a serious matter and is being taken most seriously.</p>
<p>4. Equally serious, is your fear that some good natured, smiling, Agent Andy is going to raid your home and confiscate your Liberty Dollars. I know paranoia is rabid. And many of you have good cause to be alarmed. The government’s assault on our liberties and property has been way over the top. And many of us have lost property in the past. But this should only toughen our resolve for this case. But please don’t fear a raid on your place or home. There is no way the government has the resources to mount such an attack with $20 million Liberty Dollars in hundreds of thousand of hands all over our great country. Take precautions, diversify your holdings is prudent for everyone.</p>
<p>While it is not the time to relax and be happy, paranoia is no friend. Good communication is our best companion. So if you hear of some related action, please report it to me directly and stay focused so we can get all our property back.</p>
<p>5. Towards resolving this testy matter, we are interviewing federal criminal attorneys and hope to secure good, dedicated, successful counsel asap. As I mentioned to Agent Andy, I wouldn’t want to meet him without counsel.</p>
<p>6. I was encouraged when Agent Andy told me that he would call me when he knew the schedule so I could “turn myself in”. I thought that was real “friendly” and thanked Andy, as I am obviously not hiding out and prefer that this matter be handled in a gentlemanly way. I just hope the arrest does not interfere with my other commitments. I will be in Evansville on Thursday, attorneys in DC, family for the holidays and please join me for a rare performance as the keynote speaker at the Liberty Forum in Nashua NH on Friday, January 4. Who would have thought that the raid would generate national news&#8230; let alone two shows on the same night and at the same time! The little Liberty Dollar just amazes me.</p>
<p>9. While doing the two national shows was good fun, it was not all the coverage. In fact, there are dozens of newspaper articles. The most amazing coverage came from a most amazing source, The Washington Post. Not only did the Post cover the raid, it was featured on the Front Page, plus it included a image of the Ron Paul Dollar! And if all that was not enough, the article was quite large and REALLY GOOD. It all started when Jan Salsbery, one of many fiery RCOs in California, referred Alec MacGillis, a reporter with the Washington Post to call me. As usual, Alex sounded like a very bright, very young reporter. And as I explained with a certain amount of contempt, you might write a good (truthful) article, but it will be sausage when the editors get done. But very late Friday night Alec called me and said the “editors” liked the story and was going to give it “some space.” Well who would have thought &#8230; Front Page for the Liberty Dollar and Ron Paul?! Now who could image that he will be our next President&#8230; I for one! And hope you agree! Our country really needs Ron Paul. As the silver Ron Paul Dollar states: VOTE FOR TRUTH.</p>

<p>10. The local television and newspaper also provided very good coverage. It is amazing how many people are interested in the Raid on the little Liberty Dollar and the confiscation of two tons of Ron Paul Dollars. Of course your support is critical to our success. <p>11. And finally have you seen the prices of the Ron Paul Gold, Silver and Coppers Dollars. One day the copper is a buck and the next day $65 or more on eBay! Silver is in the $250 to $450 range! Just crazy! And that is not even for the special numbered or hallmarked editions. Are you hip to the Hallmarked Ron Paul Silver Dollars? The Hallmark features a micro scroll with BOR denoting Ron’s respect for the Bill of Rights.</p>
<p>Quite simply, there is a lot to be thankful for. When we started the Liberty Dollar we did not get an instruction manual. We did not know how the Liberty Dollar was going to save the country from a monetary crisis. But we vowed not to let our great country falter without trying. We all, even Agent Andy, have a civic duty to our country. We are commanded by the Declaration of Independence: We hold these truths to be self-evident&#8230; That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, &#8211;That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. We shall not let this country fail to live up to the ideals upon which it was founded by our Founding Fathers. Let us each vow that our country will not falter on my watch!</p>
<p>Now as I face eminent threat of arrest and possibly many years in prison, you have my sincere thanks for supporting the Liberty Dollar that exemplifies those very ideals. Our Founding Fathers fought and died for them, we shall do nothing less.</p>
<p>Remember it is only by banding together and adopting a free and independent currency that provides us with “just weights and measures” will we be able to throw off the yoke of a manipulated monetary/tax system and generate a peaceful and prosperous society.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Perhaps like me, you have seen the annual US car show, either in person or on the TV.   Each year the best and the brightest of the auto industry get together with some off duty strippers in short skirts and preview the best Detroit has to  offer.</p>
<p>These same designers also show us some of the coolest &#8216;concept  cars&#8217;.  They all have sleek designs and if you are at the  car show in person, you have to see these models before leaving the building.</p>
<p>We all stare at the possible futuristic cars and wonder what the world will  be like when that &#8216;concept car&#8217; pulls up next to me at a stop light.</p>
<p><img src="http://www.bizzia.com/files/162/2007/11/1-amero-20.jpg" title="Amero" alt="Amero" align="right" border="1" hspace="4" />Well, the &#8220;Amero&#8221; is a concept currency.  It&#8217;s not out yet, but some day it might work its way  off the drawing board and into your pocket.</p>
<p>Today, we look up and wonder what will the world be like when the woman  next to you at the supermarket pays with her new Amero Coins.  <em>(its  possible stop smiling:-)</em></p>
<p><strong>What is the Amero?</strong></p>
<p>In plain language?   It is a really dumb idea created by a really goofy  bunch of politicians from Mexico, Canada and the United States. However, unlike many of Detroit&#8217;s concept car designers these wacky politicians might be able to successfullymove  the Amero from a drawing board into the real world.</p>
<p>The “Amero,” is an idea much like the Euro and would replace the US Dollar  to become the currency of Canada, Mexico, and the United States.</p>
<p>So be careful!!!  There are two things American&#8217;s can&#8217;t get enough  of&#8230;.Britney Spears and shopping.  With enough sizzle the new Amero  currency might just have the &#8216;get-up-and-go&#8217; for the public to buy it.   Remember the &#8220;Pet Rock&#8221;?  Wrap it in colored paper then call it fashionable  and everyone may just want it.</p>
<p><span id="more-132563"></span><strong>No more pesos.  No more loonies.  No more green backs?  </strong></p>
<p>Exactly what kind of a future world would we be living in where the US Dollar will disappear into this &#8216;money mashable&#8217;?  This brave new world I speak of is known as  the North American Currency Union.   Sandwich America between all the domestic oil  sands under Canada and all the cheap labor in Mexico and you have just created the new &#8216;Union&#8217;.</p>
<p><img src="http://www.bizzia.com/files/162/2007/11/2-amero.jpg" title="Amero" alt="Amero" align="right" border="1" hspace="4" />Yes, America is just one big Canada/Mexico superhighway away from driving off  in that new concept <strike>car</strike><em> </em>currency.  Only this week, Merrill Lynch was already  telling us that the <span class="news_story_title">U.A.E. and Qatar may drop  their US dollar pegs in the next six months.  Throw in the Kindgom and its  &#8216;hello Amero&#8217;. </span></p>
<p>Last night I saw a music video from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay-Z">JayZ</a> and for the first time in music history, he  was not waving around a stack of US Dollars, this rapper was flashing a big pile  of Euros.  It won&#8217;t take much of a social revolution to tank the USD, it may already be happening.</p>

Billy the great one." target="_blank">Reverend Billy</a> will be preaching about this one)</em></p>
<p>A Canadian &#8216;think tank&#8217; <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraser_Institute">The Fraser Institute</a>  has already proposed a symbol/logo and there are even &#8216;concept coins&#8217;.</p>
<p><strong>Digital Amero?</strong></p>
<p>Will there be a digital Amero? With billions of Dollars and Pesos circulating  each day in the North American Union  e-commerce world (which in Amero theory could  be taxed), will there be a nerdy e-version version of the Amero?  A digital  little brother&#8230;the eAmero?</p>

<p>According to the May Scale, PayPal is &#8217;soft&#8217; money and the transactions are reversible.  E-gold is  digital gold currency and considered &#8216;hard&#8217; money&#8230;all transactions are final.</p>
<p>Generally, a person would not want to exchange hard money for a &#8217;soft&#8217; money reversible  method of payment.</p>
<p>Who has more risk, &#8230;..A person offering cash US Dollars and accepting a  personal check or the person writing the check?  Which money is harder?</p>
<p>Why are credit card cash advances considered riskier carrying a higher  transaction fees and interest rate?  That might be considered a bad exchange, giving out &#8216;hard&#8217;  cash dollars for cream cheese &#8217;soft&#8217; credit card transactions.  You better check the scale below.</p>

They will only accept instruments that are very hard,  such as wire transfers or certified bank checks. When hard money is required,  only money-types with a hardness of about 5 or better will do the job. On the  other hand, if you&#8217;re purchasing an online subscription, or consumer goods from  a large retailer, softer money-types are more acceptable. <p align="justify">For instance, selling you a car, I could only trust you  if you pay me with a hard money. Say, no softer than 5 on the may scale. No-one  takes a personal check when selling a car.  A car dealership, though, can trust you with somewhat  softer money .. say up to 7/8 on the may scale (they probably would not take  credit cards, though).  Wal-Mart can trust you all the way through to 10 when you  buy goods at Wal-Mart. (Wal-Mart have more political recourse if a payment  repudiates.)</p>
<p align="justify">We are entering the age of the &#8220;sovereign individual&#8221;  where individuals will have ever-more power. More and more, individuals will  be able to behave in ways previously reserved for large government or corporate  entities. More and more, individuals will be able to fulfill functions  previously dominated by large government or corporate entities.  For instance, it would have been in inconceivable in  1900 for one individual to, say, set up and operate a stock market. That  would be and could only be the work of a large, powerful, social-political-corporate  group.  However in 2000, one individual could completely  program and operate stock market with a few hours programming and a web site.  Money systems that are higher up on the may scale are  more suitable for individuals.</p>
<p align="justify">As we move more and more into the age of the &#8220;sovereign  individual&#8221;, where individuals will replace many of the functions of  corporate/government entities, there will be more and more demand for money  systems that are higher-up on the may scale.&#8221;</p>

The  	new service is no doubt in response to the growing popularity of Google  	Checkout and contains some similar features.In partnership with  	MasterCard, they are launching this virtual card payment solution so account  	holders can spend money and shop at web sites that don&#8217;t currently accept  	PayPal.  According to other press reports, PayPal&#8217;s new Secure Card  	plug-in was offered for testing to three million customers and is available  	to US consumers from this day forward.</p>
<p>The technology is from <a href="http://www.orbiscom.com/">Orbiscom</a>  	and here is how it works.  Shop the Internet, land on a shopping cart  	check out page and your Secure Card browser plug-in will automatically fill  	in the form with your stored personal data. Then the PayPal system will  	generate just for you a unique Mastercard virtual card for that payment  	specific payment amount.  This is a one time use card transaction and  	comes complete with the card verification code and directly debited from  	your PayPal account.</p>
<p>What is the cool part of this transaction? For the merchant receiving  	your payment, the entire check out looks and feels exactly like a standard  	card payment.  The transaction infomation does not specify, &#8220;this is a  	PayPal virtual card transaction&#8221;.  The whole check out looks just like  	another MasterCard payment and the merchant is no wiser.  To further  	simplify things, the payment shows up in the PayPal shopper&#8217;s account just  	like another payment.  This new feature is so simple and so convenient  	how could anyone ever shop online and NOT use their PayPal account, its  	magnificent.</p>

<p>Wait a  minute, this is not V for Vendetta and nothing gets blown up.</p>
<p>This is the  Liberty Dollar and Bernard driving around the country trying to enlighten people to the  serious problems created by the overprinted and overburdened US Dollar.</p>
<p>This  situation does not call for the government to raid, seize and one can only  assume indict the group. What&#8217;s going on?</p>
<p>Last week when I first read about the Liberty Dollar being raided along with  all the valuables seized, I was pretty outraged at this action taken by the  government. However, I&#8217;ve now cooled down and throughly read the warrants, affidavits and  press reports.</p>
<p>The government can go ahead and try to make that case stick  in court but it seems a stretch to claim that one little man and his office  staff were going to derail the entire US monetary system or were even attempting  to do that!</p>
<p>I was pretty shocked to learn that the FBI had UCE (Under Cover Employees) working for over two years at NORFED then again at Liberty Services&#8230;..  WTF is wrong with America?</p>
<p>Bernard had sued the US Mint many months back if they had a problem it should  have been hashed out in court, as I suppose it now will be&#8230;. the only  difference NOW, is that the &#8217;soon to be  defendants&#8217; have no money or resources to fight even a speeding ticket much  less the Federal Government.</p>
<p>God Bless the USA, but in the case of the U.S. vs the Liberty Dollar:</p>
<p align="center"><strong>Unfair, unfair and I&#8217;ll say it again, unfair.</strong><span id="more-132559"></span></p>

<p>As the US slips into the next great <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recession">recession</a>  /<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recession#The_Great_Depression">depression</a>  local currencies will not experience any inflation and will continue to operate  as any other day.</p>
<p>Private currencies in local markets are  immune to the devaluation we see with national currency and a nationwide  economy.  This &#8216;money&#8217; which is accepted by choice and it&#8217;s use is not forced, retains  its buying power.  The Complementary Currency continues to facilitate trade and commerce in good times or  bad.  The Liberty Dollar was just such a currency.</p>
<p>As an added benefit,  local currency models perform social tasks that build community trade and  strengthen a group or organization.  Something national currency or fiat money could never do&#8230;.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a radio interview from RonPaulradio.com that took place on November  15 one day after the FBI and USSS raid on the Liberty Dollar National Sales  office in Evansville, Indiana. <img src="http://www.bizzia.com/files/162/2007/11/1-libertydollar.jpg" title="Liberty Dollar" alt="Liberty Dollar" align="right" border="1" hspace="4" />Bernard was not present in Indiana at the  time of the raid on the 14th.  Bernard was reportedly in Florida on  business.</p>

<p>Jerry: Bernard, what went on today? I guess the FBI and ah Secret Service I  guess has ah Secret Service has raided your operation?</p>
<p>Bernard: Actually yesterday morning Jerry, 12 federal agents from the FBI and  Secret Service raided the Liberty Dollar national sales offices in Evansville,  Indiana and took confiscated all the gold all the silver all the platinum and  about ah I don&#8217;t know a ton and a half of the copper Ron Paul Dollars,</p>
<p>Jerry: No doubt</p>
<p>Bernard: All the computers and all the money.</p>
<p>Jerry: Ok, did they give any of the reasons why? What was the reasons why  they gave you or what the criminal charges were or anything like that?</p>
<p>Bernard: I talked to the agent in charge from the FBI and he told me it was  because the US Mint has deemed our activity to be illegal and they are  responding to the DOJ.</p>
<p>Jerry: Ok, and what is your next step, what are you doing now?</p>
<p>Bernard: Well I think basically what happened here is that the government did  not like our lawsuit basically Jerry, so our next step now is next step now is  to start a class action law suit, for everybody who has Liberty Dollars and  wants to redeem them obviously if you have silver there is no action necessary  but anybody that has paper and wants to redeem them or have digital dollars and  wants to redeem them should go to our website <a href="http://www.libertydollar.org/">www.libertydollar.org</a> and click on  FBI Raids Liberty Dollar and sign up to be a part of our class action lawsuit so  that we do not allow government to seal our money, that&#8217;s what they are trying  to do, they are trying to steal the Liberty Dollar.</p>

<p>(its worth noting here that the seizure warrant issued by the United States  District Court to an FBI agent was issued by the Western District of North  Carolina and mentions a money laundering item and a mail fraud item.  Its  apparent that some activity took place in North Carolina that relates to the  raid in Indiana.  The signing US Magistrate Judge, The Honorable Dennis L.  Howell, was located in Ashville, North Carolina and the document was signed on  last Friady, November 9th)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>The following is a letter from Bernard von NotHaus dated today: </strong></p>
<p><img src="http://www.bizzia.com/files/162/2007/11/1-ld.jpg" title="Ron Paul" alt="Ron Paul" align="right" border="1" hspace="4" />I sincerely regret to inform you that about 8:00 this morning a dozen FBI and  Secret Service agents raided the Liberty Dollar office in Evansville.</p>
<p>For approximately six hours they took all the gold, all the silver, all the  platinum and almost two tons of Ron Paul Dollars that where just delivered last  Friday. They also took all the files, all the computers and froze our bank  accounts.</p>
<p>We have no money. We have no products. We have no records to even know what  was ordered or what you are owed. We have nothing but the will to push forward  and overcome this massive assault on our liberty and our right to have real  money as defined by the US Constitution. We should not to be defrauded by the  fake government money.</p>
<p>But to make matters worse, all the gold and silver that backs up the paper  certificates and digital currency held in the vault at Sunshine Mint has also  been confiscated. Even the dies for mint the Gold and Silver Libertys have been  taken.</p>
<p>This in spite of the fact that Edmond C. Moy, the Director of the Mint,  acknowledged in a letter to a US Senator that the paper certificates did not  violate Section 486 and were not illegal. But the FBI and Services took all the  paper currency too.</p>
<p>The possibility of such action was the reason the Liberty Dollar was designed  so that the vast majority of the money was in specie form and in the people’s  hands. Of the $20 million Liberty Dollars, only about a million is in paper or  digital form.</p>
<p>I regret that if you are due an order. It may be some time until it will be  filled&#8230; if ever&#8230; it now all depends on our actions.</p>
<p>Everyone who has an unfulfilled order or has digital or paper currency should  band together for a class action suit and demand redemption. We cannot allow the  government to steal our money! Please don’t let this happen!!! Many of you read  the articles quoting the government and Federal Reserve officials that the  Liberty Dollar was legal. You did nothing wrong. You are legally entitled to  your property. Let us use this terrible act to band together and further our  goal – to return America to a value based currency.</p>
