Bayer DIDGET meter, DS Glucose Reader

A Nintendo DS glucose reader for kids that can be plugged into the DS or DS Lite’s Slot-2 has came been out on the market. Paul Wessel, the parent of a diabetic child, has helped to develop the Bayer’s DIDGET meter which can reward children for consistent testing. Test results can be converted into reward points which can be used in the game to unlock levels and purchase in-game stuff. The games are Knock ‘Em Down: World’s Fair video game and Mini Game Arcade. Counter Strike Guinness World Record

A new “most kills in Counter-Strike (Valve, 2003) in 12 hours” Guinness video gaming record was set by Björn “Threat” Pers of Sweden on 15th June at at DreamHack Summer 2009, Jönköping, Sweden. If you are interested to beat this CS nutz’ record then you got to follow these rules: 1. Have to be played on the same map: QPAD AIM map. 2. 12 hours. 3. First to ten wins the match and meet the next challenger (King of the hill) 4. The player with the most rounds during 12 hours has to beat a total of 518 kills. 5. Players are only allowed to change ingame settings. 6. Counter Terrorist skin have to be used on both sides. (So both sides have same visibility) 7. No “duck” bind on mouse wheel 8. The Super Family Computer or Super Famicom was a global success during the 16-bit era. Nintendo has used this console to beat the Sega Genesis hands down. If there was no controller, the SFC would be like a body without body parts. NCSX has the Super Gameboy Commander which bears the likeness of the Gameboy handheld portable.
