Be Prepared!

Everyone’s favorite motto applies to networking, too.

There are many places you can keep business cards. I keep mine:

• In my purse
• In my laptop bag
• in my wallet
• In the car

You never know when an opportunity will arise. Also, make sure you have an online version of your business card. It can be your email signature, your forum signature, or your logo picture used as a gravatar when you post comments on the pages of other people. Help them like you, make them want to know you.
